Generally, the mindset of the common people here is fixed on following the traditional ways of archery practices. The use of imported compound bows came very long after decades of gradual adjustments. The old ways of archery practices still dominates the scene.
For instances, Use of Sights and Archery releases are used rarely in contests all over the plateau. Therefore, we aim to train them to use additional components and help them participate in large scale, contemporary archery tournaments.
The other thing is mainly to promote archery and inspire a generation of people especially millennials and youngsters to take interest in archery. A key mission being to educate and expose the common people who are otherwise new to the concepts of the world of archery.
When it comes to the significant portion of the female audiences, we plan to do the same and empower them to be bold, take up archery and realize their shrouded dreams in the wake of recent developments concerning women empowerment.
Sadly, We are unable to use almost 80 percentile of the archery inventories all over the world. Most of the supplier brands are unknown to the common people. There are countless unheard archery options and variants of archery equipments that we yet have to experience and discover.  To discover this otherwise unheard brands and plethora of archery equipments and their usage, we have to start educating and instruct people in the native Tibetan community about the new ways and the usage of the unfamiliar thus uncomfortable sets of equipments.
I sense the strong need to adjust our traditional ways to the modern formats so that we don’t feel left out in the revolutionizing wave of rapid modernization in the long run.
Ambition is enthusiasm with a purpose. There is hope in dreams, imagination and in the courage of those who wish to make those dreams a reality.
